Camila Lecaros is Managing Director at MassChallenge Mexico, where she leads the creation of a more fruitful and impactful entrepreneurial environment in Mexico and LATAM. Camila is a leader in the entrepreneurial and investment scenes in Latin America. Previously, she was a partner with Nazca Ventures, a $20 million fund in Bogota, Colombia, and headed the Outreach area at Endeavor, Colombia. Camila also worked with entrepreneurs at Agora Partnerships in Nicaragua. Most recently she was Entrepreneur in Residence with All Venture Partners in Mexico City. She holds a Master in Public Administration from Columbia University.
